The School of Executive Presence (SOEP) will make every effort to hold events at the times, dates and locations specified. However, SOEP holds the right to cancel and/or change event times, dates and locations under certain conditions. These conditions usually include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, event venue cancellation or rescheduling, speaker cancellation or rescheduling, and insufficient number of participants for the event. SOEP holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that SOEP must cancel the event, you will be refunded your money in full.

In the event of predicted inclement weather, a decision will be made by 5pm on the prior day. If the event is cancelled, an email will be sent to all registered participants. SOEP will attempt to reschedule the program\seminar if space allows.

SOEP and all of it's events are funded exclusively through our clients and these funds help pay for our venues and event accommodations. Once you register for an event and pay, we are not able offer a refund.  We do, however, allow you a credit toward another event or program, as well as allow credit for the same event given at a later time. Participant's Request for Refund-Programs

 

SOEP and all of it's programs are funded exclusively through our clients and these funds help pay for our venues and event accommodations. Once you register for a program AND you confirm payment, we expect payment by the start of the program.  If you have arranged for monthly payments or financing, payment is expected by the start of the program.  If you decide that you are not able to continue in the program due to conflicting schedules or other reasons, you will still be liable for the full program amount. We do, however, allow you a credit toward another event or program, as well as allow credit for the same event given at a later time. If you are dissatisfied with your program, we will be glad to discuss how the situation can be resolved (this has not ever happened in the School of Executive Presence at this point). To learn more, contact us here.
