ABOUT THE SESSION
Intensive Assessment and Evaluation of 9 Critical Skills Required to Succeed in Today's Uncertain Environment
Participants are given pre-work to prepare for simulation and the bootcamp
DAY 1: 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
Simulation occurs and participants are observed throughout the day by industry experts and certified coaches
Small Group Training and Preparation for Executive Level Success
Participants debrief their experience with each other after the simulation.
DAY 1: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Participants connect with their assigned executive coach and industry expert for assessment results, feedback, and action planning.
1:1 Coaching, targeted Feedback, and skill building with certified coaches and Executive Presence Experts
Participants review their pre-program assessment and video analysis for the bootcamp
DAY 2: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Participants engage in a highly interactive bootcamp and tool application based on 10 Executive Characteristics and 9 Core Skills (below).
