Get REady!
Leader Panel Video for February 9
TIPS:
Be prepared to do a short introduction and discuss your most significant leadership lessons, stories of influence and courage, as well as wisdom you can share with the participants.

-
What is the most courageous thing you've done to influence?
-
Do you have a story of a time you felt unsure or struggled with confidence in the business setting?
-
How do you view executive presence, and who are the people that show up with it? (HOW do they show up?)
PARTICIPANT PRESENTATIONS
During the retreat participants will work on dealing with difficult people. We teach them conversation structures and influencing techniques when faced with a challenging situation.

-
Be prepared to ask challenging questions or make statements that will keep them on their toes, like:

-
"I don't believe in ________________(something that they spoke about), convince me that you are right.
-
"We don't need more (identify a product or service that they are involved in), we need people to (do something else)"
-
"You are nervous and I suspect you don't know what you are talking about."
